These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website editohub.online and the video-editing and content-production services (the "Services") offered by EditoHub ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

EditoHub is a UGC and video-editing agency. We provide services including short-form and long-form video editing, cinematic edits, colour grading, VFX & motion graphics, thumbnail design and related post-production, delivered on a per-project or subscription basis.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to use the Services.

3. Orders & Delivery

Scope, deliverables, turnaround time and price are confirmed at the time of order. Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours from receipt of complete footage and a clear brief, unless otherwise agreed. Delays in providing footage, feedback or approvals may extend delivery timelines.

4. Payments & Pricing

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and may be updated from time to time.
• Payment is processed securely through third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card or banking details.
• Work may begin only after payment or an agreed advance is received.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as specified in the plan/order. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You confirm you own or have the rights to all footage, audio, images and materials you provide.
• You are responsible for the legality of the content you ask us to produce.
• You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing or objectionable material.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables for your project transfers to you. Project files remain private to your account and are shared only with authorised users. EditoHub may, unless you request otherwise in writing, showcase completed work in its portfolio.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, EditoHub's total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ballia, Uttar Pradesh.
