You can permanently delete your EditoHub account and the data linked to it at any time. This applies to accounts created on our website or in the EditoHub Android app.
Deletion is immediate. Your profile, projects, comments and notification data are removed. Invoices already issued are retained where tax law (GST) requires it.
Email editohubagency@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete my EditoHub account”. We complete emailed requests within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted: account profile, login credentials, projects & uploaded media, comments, notification preferences. What may be retained: issued tax invoices (statutory retention) and server access logs (up to 90 days, security only).
